Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask DoorForce Montréal, operated by 9571-8730 Quebec inc., to delete personal information associated with your interactions with DoorForce. This includes eligible information received through our website, Facebook, Instagram, or other customer-service channels.
How to submit a request
Email doorforce0@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include your full name, the email address or phone number used to contact DoorForce, the platform or channel used (for example, Facebook, Instagram, website form, phone, or another messaging service), your relevant profile or username if applicable, the approximate date or date range of the interaction, and a short description of the information you want deleted.
Identity verification
To protect customers from unauthorized requests, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification, or other sensitive documents unless DoorForce specifically explains that they are necessary and provides a suitable way to send them.
Information that may be deleted
Where applicable, deletion may cover contact and service-request details, customer messages and message history, uploaded or sent photo metadata or references, language and conversation timestamps, lead status or classification, and related internal lead notes or review records that DoorForce controls.
Information we may retain
Some information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, safety, security, or system-integrity purposes. We may also retain a minimal record of the request and action taken. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed through ordinary backup lifecycle processes and are not used for routine business operations.
What happens next
After receiving enough information to verify and locate the records, DoorForce will review the request and respond within a reasonable period based on its complexity, the systems involved, and applicable obligations. We will explain if we need more information or if a legal or security reason limits what can be deleted.

You may use the same email address to ask for access to or correction of personal information where applicable, or to ask a question about a deletion request.
